If you want something to last forever, you treat it differently, it becomes special because you have made it so.

Someone's Excited!

Lily has been waiting for her Birthday party for multiple reasons. We are celebrating a little early this year, so I can give her the attention she needs before the new baby comes. '

One thing you have to know about Lily, is she thinks every birthday not only has a theme... but you MUST dress for the PAR-TAY! Last year she just went to Bear-a Bear with her cousins, because the year before that was her Pinkalicious Party, which completely wore me out.
This birthday is going to be small as well, so I'm hoping her new outfit mom made will make up for all the corners I'll be cutting!
Here's to an "Berry" awesome Strawberry Shortcake 5th Birthday!

Latest/Last Project

For some reason I can't keep myself from doing projects... even when I'm 9 months pregnant!!
This is definitely the favorite of my millions I usually have going on for myself and others.
Lily's Dress Up Closet!!
The best thing about this project was
-It was finished in 1 day
-Only cost me 20 dollars

The back of the closet is Fabric covered wood, and I think it makes it look AWESOME!
Im afraid this will be my last project for a while, so Im glad everything turned out the way it did.

A special thanks to Jana, for your great ideas and company
and to my father -in- law  Dan for your help with all the handyman work!

Lily was kind of bummed when she found out she was having ANOTHER brother.... but honestly, I think there is only room for one little DIVA in this family!

35 Weeks

I am not a huge fan of maternity pictures, hence the reason I never took any with my other two, but Brad has told me this is our last, so I thought I should take a few. My friend Jana and I went out and just had a little fun, tromping through mud, and horse poop to get a couple fun pictures.

This picture pretty much sums up why I feel like my hips are going to break off from my body at any second.

Just for fun

My daily routine... put on a white dress, brown boots, and then go take a nap on a dirty truck... everyone's doing it!

About 5 weeks left! WHOOT WHOOT!

All you can eat RIBS!

Posted by Picasa

Well, if you can't tell... I'm pregnant. I took about 15 pictures till I realized my face was not going to look a normal size in any picture, so I through on a funny face, and pasted on a mustache... much more attractive, don't you think?
I've learned through this pregnancy that Bean will NOT be a vegetarian... he likes ribs. My doctor felt sorry for me last week, because I have no room between my rib, and Bean's legs and butt. I constantly (gently) push his toes out from under my ribs. I would rather stand all day than sit and be in pain.
On a happier note, I only gained 2 pounds this time around! WHOOT WHOOT! I rewarded myself by going to Sam's and buying a 5 lb bag of candy bars! So good!
Everything else seems to be going well. I have anywhere from 3 to 8 braxton hicks contractions a day, which makes me contemplate camping out at the hospital. I DO NOT want to have this baby at home. I barely made it there with Owen, and its not something I would necessarily want to do again. Especially when you have a husband who get nauseous watching ultrasounds. I just asked him (if by chance) we had to deliver at home, if he would please just be there to catch him... I'd do the rest!
I love him. Brad I mean. He makes me laugh. I told him the other night that I should be the one to pick the name, because I am having to go through pregnancy.
He responded with, "Believe me! I am going through it too!"
and
as hugging him the other night, he says, "I feel like something is coming between us."
Besides all the jokes, he makes me feel pretty in the times where I'm just not feelin it!

We are so excited to meet our Bean in 7 weeks!
and
Pray that Owen decides to return to his normal sweet self, and drop the terrible 2's before then.
 (fingers crossed ;)

She isn't excited at all.....   ;)

I. love. you.

Meet my new best friend. SodaStream.
I love her.
This little lady probably saves me around 100 dollars a month.
I didn't believe it at first, but when you have a husband who drinks energy drinks everyday, and myself, who may or may not be addicted to diet coke, this is a Money SAVER! I figured we probably spend an average of 4 dollars a day on a drink or two. That would mean we spend 112 dollars a month on drinks! SAD!
I'm happy to say, I haven't bought a single drink since I received this beautiful machine from my parents for Christmas.
The Red Bulls taste like Red Bulls
(I don't know because I don't dink them, but Brad says it's a perfect match!)
The Diet Coke taste like Diet Coke
Just had to give a shout out to my carbonation making friend!

30

Brad had his 30 birthday this week! I wouldn't say it was SUPER eventful. It started with Owen breaking his arm! I know right? Whats with my kids and breaking their arms? Owen broke his just falling wrong plaing with Grandma on the carpet. I've had lots of mean fun, reminding Barb that she broke his arm :)
Brad and I had fun plans with some friends, but had to cancel because we both woke up with awful colds! We have never been sick at the same time, and its not something I would ever want to do again.
The good thing about turning 30 is you can make 2 cakes! 15 candles on each so Lil and Owen can help blow out the candles.
Owen showing his muscles

At the end of the day, Brad still had a fun day. He got some great presents, and since I was too sick to cook, we got take out. Sorry Hun!

30 weeks

Its hard to think that in 10 weeks we are going to have an other little boy! I honestly have days where I think, "How am I going to do this? 3 kids?" Even though I'm scared of the thought, I'm equally excited.
Saying Lily is excited is an understatement. Lily should be an oldest child of 10 kids... sorry not going to happen! Owen on the other hand, should be interesting to watch. Anytime we ask him of he wants a baby brother, or what his name should be... he just says, "NO." Awesome.
Brad is so sure that this will be our last, but as for me, I'm not sure. I will let you AND HIM know in a couple years.
Well, I went to the doctor today. Good news is, he is finally head down. Bad news... I gained 6 pounds in 4 weeks. The doctor said that was normal during the holidays, but I think he was trying to make me feel better. I think I have gained 10 lbs just in my FACE! I can't stand to see pictures of myself because of it. With Lil, my face SWELLED! Owen gave me beautiful complexion, along with normal weight gain. Just proof that every baby is different!
I am just so happy this baby is healthy, and growing... even if is means so does my face! Ha

Cant wait to meet "Bean" in 10 weeks!

"Did you get me an Orange?"

This year Brad and I got to spend Christmas with my family in California. (pictures to come) The kids loved their time with their Grandma, Grandpa, and Aunts/Uncles. They loved their presents, but the stockings were definitely a HIT! How come everything that is awesome, always comes from Santa, but when you find an "ORANGE" in your stocking... it must be from Mom and Dad.

6 Years

Brad and I had our 6th year anniversary this month. While going through all our old Cd's I came across our old wedding slide show. Fun for us, but most likely boring for others! If your don't want to watch 13 minutes of our old kid pictures (not many do ;)
fast forward to the end where we are desperately in love ha ha!

Happy LATE anniversary Bradley, I am still desperately in love with you!

The Bean Team.

Well, Bean and I are growing and growing! My nauseousness has gone, and has been replaced by small kicks to the ribs! He weighs just over a pound now, which makes me wonder why I have gained 20! That's right folks! 20 Lbs!!!!! That's a whole whopping 19 Lbs of pure ME. Lily and Owen only blessed me with 20 lbs the whole pregnancy! So we are gonna have a big one on our hands.
I'm craving everything that's.... well just everything.
Some of my favorites are breakfast burritos, chocolate milk, fries, Diet Coke, and anything greasy, salty, or sweet..... like I said, anything!
Bean loves to jam. Anytime I'm singing a song to the kids, or practicing something I'm working on, he grooves!
A baby moving inside of you I think is one of the biggest blessings in the world!
I feel so bad for men! They are jipped when it comes to experiencing baby movements.
When it comes to baby names, no one agrees around here. So it looks like "bean" is all I can give to you now.

I am currently 25 weeks, and feeling great.
(besides being short of breath, and having a hard time putting on my shoes)
If I had to pick the worst thing about this pregnancy it would be my complexion. Of course make up can cover anything now a days, but I want my skin back! Such a small price to pay.
Being pregnant makes it easy to decide what to wear everyday. I wear the same jeans EVERYDAY! Combine that with an over sized or stretchy shirt and voila!
I can't wait to meet my baby boy!

Dear belly...keep growing
Dear thighs ... please stop!

Here's to the next 15 weeks!

Lots of Smiles

Surprisingly my kids enjoy the snow (something they definitely don't get from their mother!) Brad took them out this Sunday, and they had so much fun! They didn't get cold or tired of it either. Normally the playing is done in half the time it took me to get them dressed!
They made snow angels

icicle eating (really this is disgusting... but I did it as a kid, and I turned out alright)

Four wheeling

Lots of sledding

Smiling

snowboarding
 and face planting
Thanks Dad for fun in the snow!
