Happy Halloween!

I kind of dropped the ball this year. The last 2 years I have been either able to make our costumes, or come up with some pretty cute ideas. Halloween snuck up on me this year, but the kids still had a lot of fun. It rained during trick or treating, but we still went to a few houses. We also went to our ward carnival which the kids loved. All and all, we are all SICK to our stomachs from candy.

I'm a slacker!

I have been SOO busy lately, my blog has been the last thing on my mind! Even right now I should be doing laundry, but I just talked to my mom, and forgot I had promised her a belly picture and some of the kids.

Lily is at such a fun age right now. She wants to help me all the time with Owen and other things, like baking, cleaning, and running errands. Of course there is DRAMA, but I think that comes with every girl. She is loving her dance classes, and keeps talking about how she can't wait to get on stage and take her bow!


This is my goof ball. HE LOVES MUSIC, and the boy can break a move! He will give you a big cheesy smile if you ask him, but he can also throw the BIGGEST tantrums... they are quite funny! He is starting to talk a lot if you can get him to give up his binky. He can say about 20 words, and most of his animal sounds. him and Lily love to play but mostly he just wants to terrorize her... I guess thats what brothers are for.

AND here I am... 15 weeks. I find out the baby's sex the day before Thanksgiving. Lily seems to be positive I am having a girl, and keeps telling me I am taking too long to have the baby. I went to see the doctor this week and he said although I have only gained a pound the baby is quite large. SHOCKER! My babies are always huge! I am showing a lot more than I did with my other two so it makes my feel bigger than I am. I started working at the photography studio in logan, and just finished up my training. This week I start taking pictures all on my lonesome! I love getting out a couple days a week to learn something new... and I don't think Im too horrible either! ;)

Gwen's Birthday

I was so excited to make this Snow White dress for my neices princess party. My best friend Rose helped us out a little too ;) It was a perfect end to a perfect party, to see all the girls excited about Snow White showing up. My sister always has GREAT parties. She is so creative! Look at the cupcakes.... those took her like 5 minutes!! Lily is still talking about Gwen's party and how shegot to meet Snow White!

Update

I just wanted to take a few minutes while my kids are sleeping to write about a few things that are happening. First on the list is the pregnancy, I know all of you are wondering... When? Why? Don't worry those questions have been on my mind as well. It was a bit of a surprise when I found out, and I am still getting used to the idea of adding to our family. Yes, it is still a blessing, and not one that everyone gets to experience, but with Owen being only one it was just not something I had planned on so soon. I have a apt. on the 30th to find out more.

I don't know how many post I will have in the next 3 weeks, because I am really not feeling well, and we just found out that we need to move. Our landlord called us last week and said they are tearing down our house in 30 days to make room for student housing.... sad. So we are house hunting, packing, and enjoying our house while we have it right now! I love all my friends and the support I get from you! Like I said, there may not be many post, or there may be a few, just because I can't help myself... but until then...I left you with a couple of cute kids, who really do love each other, which makes life a lot easier! :)

Step it up!

Lil had her first dance class this week.... I played the part of the Nazi stage mom. There was ONE tiny little window, and 12 mothers or more trying to get a glimpse of their little ballerinas. Lily had been WAITING for this dance class to finally start... and she loved it! She won't stop talking about the things she learned, and how she can't wait for next weeks class.... I have to admit, I'm a little excited too :)

Meet Favre, our new beautiful puppy!

He is a Boxer/pit and I love him! If your thinking pit bull ewww.... don't. This is one of the sweetest puppies!

His favorite activities are chewing, playing, eating, and sleeping... yup he's a normal puppy for you!

Today we bought Favre a few toys and a dog bed.... He traded Owen all of it, for his Binky..... seriously!

He has a special LOVE for Brad. All day he wants me to play and wrestle with him... but the moment Brad walks up... he's meek, and gentle, and loving... figures.

This picture is for my mom. When I told her we got a boxer pit, she told me about the story of the lady who got her face eaten off by her pit bull... so mom this is for you! I LOVE YOU!

But in all seriousness... he's a keeper. He has one accident on the carpet (He even woke me up in the middle of the night to go) which is more than I can say for Lily. Speaking of Lily.. she like him until he touches her! Owen and him are like "two peas in a pod" or what I like to call

3 in one... cause im LAZY!

I got to got to go to my moms the other week, and had such a great time. I'm always worried that my kids wont remember my family, but they did, well lily did, and we all had such a great time! Owen spent his first birthday there... he loved the presents, but hated the cake! I though he would love it.... but he didn't want to get messy. To say Owen loves his Great Grandma Denmark it an understatement! He would leave her side and had asthma attacks every time he saw her! I love my family... and had such a great time!

This last box is actually from Brads families family reunion, I didn't get a lot of pictures but here are some I did get. t was up in Packwood Washington, it was beautiful there.

Summer LOVIN!

I know I haven't blogged in a REALLY long time! I have been waiting to get the pictures from California, and Owen's birthday from my mom. For now hear is a few things that are going on....Lily starts dance in about 2 weeks and she is so excited. I bought her some dance clothes and shoes today... and she hasn't wanted to take them off! I ask her why she is so excited for dance, and she said, "I can't wait... I really want to bow!" So when I watch Lily dance recital, I can't wait to see her sweet little smiling face, when she gets to take her bow!

Now as for me.... last week I was walking through dillards and a dress caught my eye. I didn't have time to try it on, so I held it up to me in the store mirror... and I loved it.... it was made for me.... that is until I saw its $99 dollar price tag. I was BUMMED! When I got home I was going through some of my clothes I don't wear anymore, and found this shirt that I was going to toss (I constantly was asked when I was due in this shirt) and got an idea. I wan'tto reuse my shirt to make the dress I saw in dillards!I went to the fabric store, bought a yellow scrap of fabric, and a yard of another. I made this dress for UNDER 10 DOLLARS!!! I couldn't be happier with my design. DON't TOSS YOUR CLOTHES!! Make something from them... you will be so happy you did!
