Happy Birthday Owen

 

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY LITTLE BIG BOY! I love you so much. Don't get me wrong... you know exactly how to pull my strings, but you are the sweetest little boy when you want to be! You have suddenly become very attached to me. Anytime you go to primary, or go play at the gym... it usually ends with tears and around 15 "I love you, goodbyes." I can't believe you are 4! When you were about 18 months, I told my mom how special your little spirit was, and how you were going to be something big one day.... I still believe that.
 

Your dimples still get me every time! You love to laugh with your sister, or I guess you should say make HER laugh. Today she made you about 3 birthday cards, and you told her you loved her and hugged her for everyone. On our bike ride today I heard you tell her she was your best bud.

You start preschool 5 days a week next month. Not quite sure what I will do without you for 3 hours... the house will be quiet. I hope you are an example to all your friends, sense we all know you don't have any trouble making them. I love being your mom.

Memorial Day

We spent are beautiful Memorial Day, just home as a family, enjoying each others company. Probably the best day I have had in a long time!

It was truly a great day to spend time as a family. Makes you grateful for those who send family members away to fight for our country. Happy Memorial day!

If you know me... you know I don't have the best luck when it comes to dogs.... until now baby! I had been going to see this little lady a couple times a week, until my brother James decided she should be mine. Do you have an amazing big brother.... cuz I DO!

Lily got the little sister she always wanted.... and I got the little girls name that Brad would never let me use :) 

She loves to cuddle...

 

AND LOVES to play.... especially with Owen.... they are double trouble for sure!
 

 

 

I am so happy she is in our family... and even more happy she keeps Owen busy! Thank you James for such an amazing Birthday/mothers day gift! All of us adore her... and all of us LOVE YOU!!!!

Summer Fun!

I took the kids to the splash pad the other day and it was a big hit! I decided I love splash pads.... less stress!!
 

I just Love his sweet smiling face! Lots of sunscreen on this little red head!
 

Seriously who wouldn't love a brother like Owen... constant fun! He's a pretty good kid (sometimes you wanna scream) but all and all a good kid... AND he LOVES his sister!
 

And, I can honestly say I think she is the best big sister there is.

This was one of those days were being a mom, was both rewarding and EASY! Just a plain ol' fun day!

Happy Birthday Lil

You are the best little girl anyone can ask for! You are such a help to me in everyday! I miss you so much, now that you go to all day kindergarden! You are beautiful in every way! I love you.

Before we left...

I have to catch up on some of my post, before I start posting from Cape Coral. This was such a fun day...

Looks like we made it...

 Well... we made it. 3,254 miles and we arrived in Cape Coral Fl. We are still adjusting to the drastic weather change, but the kids are loving the constant outside activities! Brad found us a beautiful home, in a great neighborhood. He met all my requirements bu t 1.... we are still 3 hours from Disney world.
Brad is working at a High school as a long term sub, until next year when he will teach high school Spanish!
He also the pitching coach which he loves!
We all miss are family and friends and hope for visitors in the near future!

ONE is Delicious!

I can still remember feeling this little bean moving around inside me not too long ago. It's amazing that it has been a year already .Graham is my only baby that wanted to eat or even touch his cake!! Which actually is supprising because despite those fat rolls Graham has ONE source of nutrition... ME! Thats right, no solids!! Not only is this exhausting... but not very healthy for Graham. Im hoping to find a solution to his eating problem soon!

Graham is such a special boy! We all love him so much! 

At one years old he is...

-STILL nursing

-walking about 10 steps (uses crawling for his main transportation)

-has a curly mullet

-WORDS: Hi, Mom, Dad, night night, bye, ball, dog, what's that, 

(and kid you not the kid says) I love you!

-he loves stuffed animals, and anything shaped like a ball

-LOVES the slide

-Gives TONS of kisses... he doesnt stop!

-dances to music

- crawls up stairs, is getting the hang of going down

- greyish blue eyes, 23 lbs

-HATES shoes... kicks and cries til they fall off

(people give me bad looks)

-loves water!

I could go on and on...he is such a fun blessing in our lives. I can't wait to see what he will experience in this next year of his life! I love you baby boy!

A day OUT! -

It seems to me ever since we moved to Washington we have been SICK! Yay for a day that we could go  out and have some fun together. Please disregard my children's hair! ha ha I guess I was so excited to go somewhere, that I forgot to make it look like my children weren't homeless!

They have a butterfly exhibit that was so cool! Lil could have spent all day in there. I couldn't... it was a good humid.... 90 degrees!


Well lets hope for more healthy days in the future. Lily woke up today with a fever... so I'm sure after it runs its course through our entire family.... we will find something else to catch!
